Why do I have to give so much information on the registration form?

For the majority of our tests our clients specify certain recruitment criteria for each test, so we use the data you give us, plus completion of a test screener invite, to select you for the relevant test. This stops you being invited for too many tests that you would not meet the specified criteria for.

Why do I need a password?

To ensure that only you can view the information about you and also for you to be able to change any of the information in the future. You will also be asked to provide a security question for the same reason.

What if I forget my log in details?

On the login home page select lost password and follow instructions.

What if I want to change my password?

Please login to your account, click on Personal Profile, then click on Change Password.

What if I forget my security question?

Please email the Panel administrator at onlinepanel@campdenbri.co.uk requesting that they reset your security question. You may be asked some security questions to verify your identity.

What if I change my email address?

Simply email the Panel administrator at onlinepanel@campdenbri.co.uk requesting that they change your email address. You may be asked some security questions to verify your identity.

How do I change my registration details?

Please log onto your account and click on Account. You will need your security question. Find your contact details or other section you wish to change (address, food preferences etc), delete your old details, then enter your new contact details. Then click modify at the bottom of the page.

How do I leave the panel?

Please log onto your account, click on Account and select the Unsubscribe button in the top right corner. If you would like to join again, you will need to register your information on the new panel page. Alternatively, all our emails contain an unsubscribe link which you just click on to unsubscribe.

Test

What is the consumer panel about?

Your views and opinions are very important to us, providing invaluable guidance on developing new food and drink products and on food issues in general. The panel consists of many people from all walks of life who have been asked by Campden BRI to participate occasionally throughout the year in food and drink taste tests and focus groups, or to complete online surveys on food related issues.

What do I receive for taking part?

When you attend a taste panel or complete an online questionnaire, you receive an incentive for volunteering to take part. This incentive can be either in monetary terms or on-line vouchers.

What happens after I've registered?

You will start to receive emails from time to time inviting you to take part in a research project at our purpose-built Research Centres or asking you to complete a survey online. These emails will contain all the information you need to know about the project for you to decide whether you'd like to take part on this occasion. To complete you simply log in to your account at https://campdenconsumer.at-hand.net/ed3/login.aspx?p=consumer where all your current surveys will be displayed. This log in link will appear in your invite email.

How long do I have to stay on the Panel for?

You can stay on the Panel for as long as you wish and take part in as many or as few research projects as convenient.
Of course you can leave the Panel at any time. Simply log onto your account, click on Account and select the Unsubscribe button in the top right corner. Alternatively, all our emails contain an unsubscribe link which you just click on to unsubscribe.

Will anybody try to sell me something as a result of being a Panel member?

No. Your details will be used only by Campden BRI and for market research purposes only.
